Blue Crystal were amazing. All my chipped baccarat glasses have been so beautifully repaired - JEFF is a magician who even fixed and restored a chipped / broken Baccarat Ice Bucket. It looks brand new. Highly recommend them and the incredible service they offer. Even my Christofle tray has been repaired where the handle snapped off.

Blue Crystal did a wonderful job repairing some modern glass decanters, making some new blue glass salt interiors and repairing a badly broken antique glass three tier comport, which included incorporating some broken pieces and adding new work. We were extremely pleased with the end result. Jeff was a pleasure to work with and made easy collection and delivery arrangements.

A stray cat that we had adopted knocked a very special Laugharne glass vase with a silver band and inscription on it from our window sill trying to get out of a window. He smashed it to smithereens. It was an award that we had received as the best small tourism business in Wales in 1998 for establishing a riding centre and routes to ride along the shore of Anglesey and I took a long time to find anyone that could repair or replace the glass. Jeff took it on and the only parts of the original that were usable were the base and the inscribed silver. He has made a beautiful mottled blue glass vase, similar to the original and replaced the silver band and inscription. We are delighted. Thank you Jeff - Judy Hutchings

Blue Crystal Glass have done a fantastic job for me. I had a beautiful pebbled blue Laugharne glass vase with a silver filigree band that we won as the Best Small Tourism Business in Wales in 1998 for developing riding routes along the shore of Anglesey with linked four star holiday accommodation. It was very special to us both because of its meaning and its beauty. 

Unfortunately having lost our two cats we acquired a stray cat, Sylvester, who knocked the vase to the floor whilst trying to get out of a window. It was completely shattered (see below) and it took me a long time to find someone who could offer to repair or rebuild the glass in some way. Jeff did it. The only part of the original vase that he could use was the base plus the filigree silver band with the award inscription. He built a new blue glass mottled vase (above) on the original base and replaced the silver band. I am delighted with the result.   

My husband and I were devastated when we broke the stem off one of our pair of beautiful murano glasses. We could not find a replacement and searched for a company that could mend it. We found Blue Crystal and they were brilliant, we now have A fully repaired glass with all the original glass and we are so delighted. Dealing with Simon and Keith was simple and fun, they even introduced me to the brilliant Waze Route finder app which proved amazing. So all in all with the very, very reasonable price to mend our beautiful glass we would thoroughly recommend them. Please note I was not asked to do a review as many other companies ask. I was just so thrilled that our special anniversary glasses were back as a pair that I asked how I could share my delight with others in the great service I got from Blue Crystal glass.

I’d like to say a big thank you to Jeff. I took to him a very precious murano glass sculpture to be repaired. He did such a wonderful job, you couldn’t even tell there was ever an issue. I dropped a Lalique vase badly damaging it. Irreplaceable and irreparable, or so I thought. Then I remembered Blue Crystal Glass Ltd, who several years earlier had copied two Baccarat glasses for us to perfection. I sent the vase to them hoping they could do something with it and they did. They completely rebuilt the vase to its former glory and I was more than delighted. It was as if it was a new vase, I could not recommend them enough, they are magicians.

I am delighted with the repair to my beautiful Murano glass cockatoos. They have great sentimental value and I thought they were broken beyond repair but the restoration work is virtually invisible, particularly to the crest which was in many pieces. It is a really skilful job and I am very pleased.

I have a Crystal Ship which unfortunately got damaged following a incident with a pet. It lay unrestored for roughly 2 years whilst I tried to find the right organisation who could restore it. After much research I came across Blue Crystal Glass. Following a discussion with Jeff and a review of the testimony's this seemed the way to go. I've now received the ship back fully restored and I have to say that I'm really impressed with Jeff and his team. 

The level of craftsmanship is outstanding and I'd highly recommend Blue Crystal Glass for restorations.
